The GFWC Temple Terrace Woman's Club was organized in 1959. Over the years, we have been responsible for initiating many projects in Temple Terrace, such as the first public library, the Woodmont Clubhouse, the gazebo, and riverwalk at Riverhills Park, as well as countless other community activities.
We are a club of women passionate about making a positive impact in our community. When the city has called on residents to help, the Woman's Club jumps in. Projects such as Adopt-a-Park, Community Arts Festival and helping to create a city wide recycling program are just some of the ways our members make this community a better place to live, work and play.
GFWC (General Federation Of Woman's Clubs) is a unifying force, bringing together woman's clubs across the world. We are proud to be included in this group of women dedicated to strengthening and improving their communities through volunteer service,

One of our hallmark initiatives is the "1st Responders and City Workers Breakfast," where we extend an invitation to all those who work for the city to join us for breakfast as our guests. Our organization and community sponsors prepare and serve delicious food, while also taking the opportunity to connect with the city's heroes over a meal.

At The General Federation of Women's Clubs, we are dedicated to improving communities around the world through volunteer service. We prioritize community impact projects, like the one pictured above, where we step in to help neighborhoods in need of a little extra support. We understand that sometimes neighborhoods lack the necessary funds or manpower to improve their common areas, so we strive to be good neighbors by providing assistance in the form of painting and sprucing up. Join us in making a difference in communities near and far by volunteering with our organization.
