Welcome to Temple Terrace Womans Club

About Us

GFWC Temple Terrace Woman's Club was organized in 1959. Over the years we have been responsible for intiating many projects in Temple Terrace such as the first public library, Woodmont Clubhouse, the gazebo and riverwalk at Riverhills park and countless other community activities.

The first library, created and organized by the Woman's Club

We are a club of women passionate about making a positive impact on our community.  When the city has called on residents to help, the Woman's Club jumps in. Projects such as Adopt-a-park, Community Arts Festival and helping to create a city wide recycling program are just some of the ways our members make this community a better place to live, work and play.

Our projects and History

GFWC (General Federation Of Woman's Clubs) is a unifying force, bringing together woman's clubs accross the world. We are proud to be included in this group of women dedicated to strengthening and improving their communities through volunteer service,
